The result is permanent, weather-resistant, and ideal for outdoor use.

Laser etching is a non-contact, high-speed process that uses a focused, high-energy laser beam to melt the surface layer of the material. This creates a permanent, high-contrast mark without removing significant material. Laser etching can only produce black text because it effectively “burns/tattoos” the steel.

If your signage plate is purchased together with one of our letterboxes or parcel boxes, we’ll professionally fit it to the product before collection, delivery, or installation. This means your order arrives ready to use.

Turnaround time for laser etched plates is generally 7–10 business days.
