Change of Mind Returns
Aussie Clotheslines and Letterboxes do not provide a refund if the customer simply changes their mind or makes a wrong decision.
We, at our discretion, may agree to offer a refund provided:
The customer is responsible for postage and handling costs to return the goods to the Supplier.
Refunds will only be issued on return of the items purchased and will attract a 20% restocking/handling fee based on the invoice value of the goods returned.
Other Returns
Aussie Clotheslines and Letterboxes will accept product returns and choose at our discretion to provide you with either an exchange, refund, credit or repair where.

Sale Items
Aussie Clotheslines and Letterboxes do not offer refunds, exchange or credit on sale or discounted items, including items purchased using a discount code or promo code, or items purchased during a flash sale.
