Change of mind returns
Aussie Clotheslines and Letterboxes do not provide a refund if the customer simply changes their mind or makes a wrong decision.
We, at our discretion, may agree to offer a refund provided. You have requested and received authority from Aussie Clotheslines and Letterboxes prior to return.
You return the item within 14 days of purchase, delivery or collection.
The customer is responsible for postage and handling costs to return the goods to the Supplier. The item has not been used, fitted or assembled in any way. It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories. It is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original and saleable condition.
The goods are accompanied by a copy of the original invoice as proof of purchase; Assessment of the goods has determined return of the item is acceptable. Refunds will only be issued on return of the items purchased and will attract a 20% restocking/handling fee based on the invoice value of the goods returned.
Aussie Clotheslines and Letterboxes will accept product returns and choose at our discretion to provide you with either an exchange, refund, credit or repair where. The product is faulty or is not of merchantable quality. The product is not fit for its intended purpose (please note that prior measurement is required prior to purchase).
The product has been wrongly described, are different to the product described on the website or doesn’t do what it is supposed to do. Assessment of the goods has determined return of the item is acceptable. Refunds will only be issued on return of the items purchased.
Aussie Clotheslines and Letterboxes do not offer refunds, exchange or credit on sale or discounted items, including items purchased using a discount code or promo code, or items purchased during a flash sale.
