We had our rotating clothesline installed 6-7 years ago by Aussie and recently due to age and sun exposure, some of the rivets had popped off, loosening the lines. Having had the handle and latch give up the ghost to the WA sunshine, we were ready to replace our rotary clothesline. Finding the Aussie Clothesline site, and having decided on a replacement, I then discovered that they offered a repair service. A couple of emails including a quote later, followed by coming round yesterday (precisely at the time specified), and my clothesline (which other than the damaged parts was in good nick) is repaired, cleaned, re-lined and looks like new, at considerably less cost than if I'd had to replace, and indeed lower than the original quote too!
Polite and professional throughout, I cannot recommend this business highly enough. Thankyou so much!
