Delivery Perth Metro - $52:

Deliveries within the Perth Metro area will be handled by our friendly team at a flat rate of
$52. This rate covers the entire delivery process within the Perth Metro region.

Deliveries Outside Perth Metro:

For deliveries outside of the Perth Metro area, including interstate orders, we will use a
freight broker to arrange the most cost-effective courier service. We will inform you of the
cost and estimated delivery time once the best option has been selected.

Expected Delivery Time:

The expected delivery time varies depending on your location and the type of product
ordered.
• Stocked items: Delivery within 1 – 7 business days.
• Made-to-order products: Delivery within 3 – 4 weeks.
Please note that our couriers and suppliers do not operate on weekends or public holidays.
Expect minor delays during Christmas, Easter, and other public holidays. We will keep you
updated on your order's status and provide tracking information where possible.

Delivery Method and Process:

We partner with various courier services, so please ensure you provide a street address, as
we cannot deliver to PO boxes. Courier delivery times are not fixed, and deliveries may
occur any time between Monday and Friday, 8am to 6pm.
If you have specific delivery requests, you can add them in the "special delivery instructions"
box during checkout. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, not all requests
may be feasible. Our goal is to offer the best service possible.

Additional Information:

In the event that a delivery cannot be completed (e.g., no one is available to receive the
order), the courier may leave the parcel in a safe place or a card for redelivery or collection.

We install all types of clotheslines, including rotary hoists, extendable units, and wall or ground-mounted folding frames. Prices vary based on the installation method and any additional services required, such as core drilling or surface mounting.

Wall-Mounted Clotheslines Installation – $165

Suitable for folding frames or retractable units on brick walls.

Includes: assembly, installation, wiring, fixings, and modifications for a custom fit.

Standard installation height is 1.8m (fence height), or as requested.

Note: Removal and disposal of an existing clothesline is a separate service (see below).

Standard Ground-Mounted Clotheslines Installation – $185

Applies to folding frames on post kits, folding rotary clotheslines, and retractable setups.

Includes: assembly, installation, wiring, cement, and fixings.

Note: Excludes jackhammer or core drill use, or bolt-on kits for concrete/limestone surfaces.

Fixed-Head Rotary Hoist Clotheslines Installation – $205

`Includes: assembly, installation, wiring, cement, and fixings.

Note: Excludes removal of existing clotheslines, jackhammer or core drill use.

Clothesline Removal & Disposal – $47 (additional service)

If you need an old clothesline removed, we offer this service when installing a new one:

Wall-Mounted Clotheslines: We disassemble and dispose of the old unit.

Ground-Mounted Clotheslines: We cut below ground level, disassemble, and dispose of the unit.

Note: Concrete removal beneath ground is not included.

How the Process Works:

If you have placed your order online and requested installation services, one of our friendly staff members will give you a call to arrange a mutually agreed upon installation date.

If you have placed your order over the phone or over email with one of our friendly staff members, we will take all of your information and agree on an installation date together. From there, we will email a confirmation quotation including our bank details and instructions on how to make a 50% deposit payment for confirmation of the job.

A day prior to your installation date, one of our clothesline technicians will be assigned the job and will contact you via text or call to confirm a 1-hour time period in which to expect them the following day.

If you have any special requirements to advise the installer, such as access instructions or installation location if you are not home, or if you would like the installer to contact you when they are on the way, then you can pass this onto the installer themselves or contact us via our office phone or email and we can pass it onto them ourselves.

Retractable clotheslines offer the perfect mix of high capacity and space-saving convenience. With multiple mounting options available, you can choose the setup that best fits your home’s layout, sunlight exposure, and usage needs. 1. Wall to Wall

Best For:

Narrow side paths, courtyards, garages, or patios with two solid walls.

 Mounting:

Cabinet and receiving bracket are both mounted directly to walls (brick or masonry).

 Key Info:

• Takes up to 10m extension
• Requires 2 solid walls
• Minimal visual impact when retracted

 Pros:

• No ground posts needed = faster, cheaper install
• Lines stay clean when retracted
• Great for undercover drying

 Considerations:

• Requires strong, aligned walls
• Fixed height
• Some sag over long spans

2. Wall to Post

 Best For:

Homes with one solid wall only – great for courtyards or open areas next to a house.

 Mounting:

Cabinet mounts to a wall, while the receiving bracket is attached to a steel post set in concrete.

 Key Info:

• Requires 1 wall + 1 post
• Optional ground socket allows the post to be removed
• Extension up to 10m depending on model

 Pros:

• Adds flexibility when only one wall is usable
• Lines retract when not in use
• Takes large items like sheets

 Considerations:

• Needs digging and concrete
• Requires precise alignment
• Ground sockets may add minor post movement

3. Post to Wall

 Best For:

When the cabinet needs to be positioned in the yard, but you still have one suitable wall to anchor the other end.

 Mounting:

Cabinet is attached to a steel post, and the receiving bracket mounts to a brick/masonry wall.

• Great for bringing the clothesline into full sun
• Optional height-adjustable post kits available
• Optional removable post with ground socket

 Pros:

• Great for sunny yards with no cabinet-wall options
• Flexible position for best airflow
• Suitable for heavy loads and sheets

4. Post to Post

 Best For:

Open backyards or gardens where no usable walls exist. Gives you total freedom of placement.

 Mounting:

Cabinet and bracket are both mounted to steel posts, each set in concrete.

 Key Info:

• Full freestanding setup
• Ground sockets not recommended – can cause too much movement
• Best suited to long-term installs

 Pros:

• 100% wall-free – install wherever suits you
• Ideal for large yards and sunny spots
