Installing a Zurich Parcel or Mail Letterbox into a fence requires extra care, precision, and modification — which is why we’ve developed our own custom Zurich Installation Flange to ensure a clean, professional result. These letterboxes are designed by the supplier for brickwork or simple fence cut-ins, but the standard fixings provided are often unsuitable for actual on-site fence integration and can leave unsightly gaps or visible cut edges.

To solve this, our team carefully measures and cuts the fence (timber, Colorbond, garrison or otherwise) to suit the Zurich’s rear-mounted box, then fits a locally fabricated aluminium flange or angled trim over the rear side to securely frame the opening and eliminate visible voids. We then bolt the unit in place through internal fixings and seal it off cleanly, ensuring the front panel sits flush and the rear is both reinforced and weather-resistant. This installation typically takes 1.5 to 2 hours and results in a finish that is not only structurally sound, but also visually refined — a big step up from the bolt-on appearance you'd get by following the basic supplier instructions. The result is a perfectly integrated, tamper-resistant and modern parcel solution that adds genuine value to your front fence.
