Delivery Perth Metro - $52:
Deliveries within the Perth Metro area will be handled by our friendly team at a flat rate of
$52. This rate covers the entire delivery process within the Perth Metro region.
Deliveries Outside Perth Metro:
For deliveries outside of the Perth Metro area, including interstate orders, we will use a
freight broker to arrange the most cost-effective courier service. We will inform you of the
cost and estimated delivery time once the best option has been selected.
Expected Delivery Time:
The expected delivery time varies depending on your location and the type of product
ordered.
• Stocked items: Delivery within 1 – 7 business days.
• Made-to-order products: Delivery within 3 – 4 weeks.
Please note that our couriers and suppliers do not operate on weekends or public holidays.
Expect minor delays during Christmas, Easter, and other public holidays. We will keep you
updated on your order's status and provide tracking information where possible.
Delivery Method and Process:
We partner with various courier services, so please ensure you provide a street address, as
we cannot deliver to PO boxes. Courier delivery times are not fixed, and deliveries may
occur any time between Monday and Friday, 8am to 6pm.
If you have specific delivery requests, you can add them in the "special delivery instructions"
box during checkout. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, not all requests
may be feasible. Our goal is to offer the best service possible.
Additional Information:
In the event that a delivery cannot be completed (e.g., no one is available to receive the
order), the courier may leave the parcel in a safe place or a card for redelivery or collection.

• Includes: installation and fixings for installation on brick, concrete, or fence fixtures.
• Standard installation height is 900mm - 1200mm above ground level, ensuring convenient access.
Note: Removal of an existing letter or parcel box is a separate service (see below).
Freestanding Parcel Boxes Installation – $165
• Suitable for freestanding parcel boxes.
• Includes: supply and installation of two concrete base slabs and securing the parcel box with DynaBolts and industrial adhesive.
• Standard installation height is 900mm - 1200mm above ground level, ensuring easy access for deliveries.
Note: Removal of an existing letter or parcel box is a separate service (see below).
Fence-Integrated Parcel Boxes Installation – From $205
• Suitable for parcel boxes integrated into fencing panels or pickets.
• Includes: cutting through the fence to incorporate the parcel box.
• Standard installation height is 900mm - 1200mm above ground level, ensuring convenient access.

Note: Custom fabricated flanges not included for Zurich models going into fences.
Brick-In Style Parcel Boxes Installation – $165
• Suitable for installation into pre-existing wall cavities left for brick-in parcel boxes.
• Includes: securing the parcel box into an existing cavity using industrial adhesive.
• Standard installation height is 900mm - 1200mm above ground level, ensuring easy access for deliveries.

Parcel Box Removal & Disposal – Starting from $47
If you need an old letter or parcel box removed, we offer this service when installing a new one:
• Post-Mounted Letterboxes Removal & Disposal – $47
We dig out and dispose of the old letterbox or cut it below ground level and mould the new concrete base to the existing structure.
• Wall & Fence-Mounted Letter & Parcel Boxes Removal & Disposal – $47
We unscrew the parcel or letterbox and dispose of it accordingly.
• Freestanding Pillar Parcel & Letter Boxes Removal & Disposal – $47
We remove the existing parcel box and base or reuse the slab to minimize disruption.
• Sandstone Letterboxes Removal & Disposal – $67
A crane is used to remove and dispose of the existing sandstone letterbox.
• Fence & Brick-Integrated Letter & Parcel Boxes Removal & Disposal – Custom Quote
A custom quote is required, based on photos or a site visit to assess tools and materials needed.
• Brick Fixtures & Custom Parcel Box Removals – Custom Quote
For larger or more complex removals, we provide a custom quote based on the size and disposal needs, potentially including skip bins.

If you’ve placed your order online and requested installation services, one of our team members will contact you to arrange a convenient installation date.
For phone or email orders, we will take your details, agree on an installation date, and send a confirmation email with payment instructions for a 50% deposit.
A day before installation, our technician will confirm the time and provide a one-hour arrival window. If you have any special requirements—such as access details, installation location, or requests to be contacted when the installer is on their way—please inform us via phone or email.
Please note that installation dates may vary between 1-2 business days or 1-2 business weeks depending on our workload at the time.
