Delivery Perth Metro - $52:

Deliveries within the Perth Metro area will be handled by our friendly team at a flat rate of
$52. This rate covers the entire delivery process within the Perth Metro region.

Deliveries Outside Perth Metro:

For deliveries outside of the Perth Metro area, including interstate orders, we will use a
freight broker to arrange the most cost-effective courier service. We will inform you of the
cost and estimated delivery time once the best option has been selected.

Expected Delivery Time:

The expected delivery time varies depending on your location and the type of product
ordered.
• Stocked items: Delivery within 1 – 7 business days.
• Made-to-order products: Delivery within 3 – 4 weeks.
Please note that our couriers and suppliers do not operate on weekends or public holidays.
Expect minor delays during Christmas, Easter, and other public holidays. We will keep you
updated on your order's status and provide tracking information where possible.

Delivery Method and Process:

We partner with various courier services, so please ensure you provide a street address, as
we cannot deliver to PO boxes. Courier delivery times are not fixed, and deliveries may
occur any time between Monday and Friday, 8am to 6pm.
If you have specific delivery requests, you can add them in the "special delivery instructions"
box during checkout. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, not all requests
may be feasible. Our goal is to offer the best service possible.

Additional Information:

In the event that a delivery cannot be completed (e.g., no one is available to receive the
order), the courier may leave the parcel in a safe place or a card for redelivery or collection.

We install all types of clotheslines, including rotary hoists, extendable units, and wall or ground-mounted folding frames. Prices vary based on the installation method and any additional services required, such as core drilling or surface mounting.

Wall-Mounted Clotheslines Installation – $165

Suitable for folding frames or retractable units on brick walls.

Includes: assembly, installation, wiring, fixings, and modifications for a custom fit.

Standard installation height is 1.8m (fence height), or as requested.

Note: Removal and disposal of an existing clothesline is a separate service (see below).

Standard Ground-Mounted Clotheslines Installation – $185

Applies to folding frames on post kits, folding rotary clotheslines, and retractable setups.

Includes: assembly, installation, wiring, cement, and fixings.

Note: Excludes jackhammer or core drill use, or bolt-on kits for concrete/limestone surfaces.

Fixed-Head Rotary Hoist Clotheslines Installation – $205

`Includes: assembly, installation, wiring, cement, and fixings.

Note: Excludes removal of existing clotheslines, jackhammer or core drill use.

Clothesline Removal & Disposal – $47 (additional service)

If you need an old clothesline removed, we offer this service when installing a new one:

Wall-Mounted Clotheslines: We disassemble and dispose of the old unit.

Ground-Mounted Clotheslines: We cut below ground level, disassemble, and dispose of the unit.

Note: Concrete removal beneath ground is not included.

How the Process Works:

If you have placed your order online and requested installation services, one of our friendly staff members will give you a call to arrange a mutually agreed upon installation date.

If you have placed your order over the phone or over email with one of our friendly staff members, we will take all of your information and agree on an installation date together. From there, we will email a confirmation quotation including our bank details and instructions on how to make a 50% deposit payment for confirmation of the job.

A day prior to your installation date, one of our clothesline technicians will be assigned the job and will contact you via text or call to confirm a 1-hour time period in which to expect them the following day.

If you have any special requirements to advise the installer, such as access instructions or installation location if you are not home, or if you would like the installer to contact you when they are on the way, then you can pass this onto the installer themselves or contact us via our office phone or email and we can pass it onto them ourselves.

Wall-Mounted Folding Frame Clothesline

Best For: Homeowners with solid brick or concrete walls and limited backyard space — perfect for courtyards, side access paths, balconies or garages. Also ideal for those wanting an affordable and low-profile solution.

 Mounting Surface:

Directly onto a brick, concrete or masonry wall. Not suitable for timber, Colorbond fences, or weatherboard without reinforcement.

 Space & Clearance:

• Needs a flat, clear wall and enough room in front to open and use the line
• Allow 100mm clearance on either side
• Needs 350mm in front to lift and lower the frame
• Must be at least 500mm from hot water systems, and away from air conditioners, doors, trees or gates

 Sunlight Tip:

Install on a north- or west-facing wall to maximise natural drying time. Avoid shaded areas or spots frequently blocked by cars or bins.

 Installation Time:

Roughly 45 minutes to 1 hour by a professional

 Durability & Strength:

• Very sturdy on brick or masonry
• Can carry a full load of washing
• Long-lasting thanks to galvanised and powder-coated steel
• Sizes range from 0.52m to 3.3m wide and 0.6m to 1.5m deep

 Pros:

•  Cost-effective – no ground mount kit needed
•  Space-saving – folds flat when not in use
•  Great for tight areas (side access, courtyards, balconies)
•  Easy to install on strong walls
•  Discreet and unobtrusive
•  Can be used indoors or undercover for winter drying

 Considerations:

•  Needs a strong wall (not suitable for all homes)
•  Stationary – can’t rotate with the sun like rotary hoists
•  Slightly less line space than rotary styles
•  Clothes on inner lines might brush against the wall if overfilled
•  Longer drying times in shaded spots or still air

If you don't have a solid wall, we can install your folding frame with a leg kit and concrete footings. Same product — just a different install method!

Ground-Mounted Folding Frame Clothesline:

 Best For: Homes without a suitable wall for mounting — great for open lawns, gravel areas, or patios, especially where space and sunlight are more flexible. Perfect if you want full control over placement.

 Mounting Surface:

Secured into soil, lawn, gravel, or concrete using a ground mount post kit and cemented footings. Can’t be mounted directly into pavers or uneven surfaces without additional support.

 Space & Clearance:

• Requires a clear, flat area with room to walk around the clothesline
• Allow 100mm on either side and 350mm in front for comfortable use
• Needs around 2m x 1.5m minimum clearance depending on model size

 Sunlight Tip:

Place in the sunniest, breeziest part of your yard — even if it’s not near the house. You’re not restricted to wall locations, so you can pick the optimal drying spot!

 Installation Time:

Approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, including concrete setting time

 Durability & Strength:

• Strong and stable once concreted in
• Holds a full load of washing
• Built with galvanised and powder-coated steel for rust resistance
• Mounted at approx. 1.8m high for comfortable access

 Pros:

•  Flexible placement – choose the best sun and airflow
•  Great for larger yards or open spaces
•  No need for a wall or existing structure
•  Can be installed over grass, pebbles or soil
•  Same folding convenience as wall-mount version

 Considerations:

•  Slightly higher install cost due to extra materials (leg kit + concrete)
•  Requires digging and concrete setting
•  Not ideal for very narrow spaces or sloped yards without levelling
•  Fixed position once installed – not easy to relocate

 Tip: Perfect if you want to hide your washing area from view — we often install these down the back of the yard, along fences (with clearance), or beside sheds.
